The International Women's Day leadership awards are for women in business or leaders in organisations who have achieved success through leadership skills and an ability to demonstrate compassion, ethics and passion enough to make a difference. To be considered, a business person is nominated by a business colleague or associate, and they are then chosen based on selection criteria and resumes. A shortlist is then created, finalists are interviewed, and winners are then chosen. There are 5 categories of awards.
